Can I test a map before I buy?

Yes. You can try WXMAPS maps and interiors on our FiveM showcase server before you purchase. Join our showcase server, or use Preview In-Game on any product page in the store.

Can I customize my interiors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Where customization is supported, textures are stored in texture dictionaries (.ytd) so you can personalize signage, branding, posters, and surface details in OpenIV or CodeWalker—no external PSDs required unless noted on the product page.

Are your files protected?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom WXMAPS assets are delivered through Cfx.re encryption with Tebex and FiveM license validation to protect our work. Original GTA assets included in a release (for example some exterior shells) are not locked, so you keep the flexibility you expect from the base game.

Can I use a map purchased from WXMAPS on other platforms like AltV or RedM?

Accepted Answer

No. Our maps are designed, encrypted, and optimized for FiveM only. AltV, RedM, and other platforms are not supported. Purchases are tied to your FiveM license through Tebex.

I have an issue — can I get assistance?

Yes. Open a ticket on our Discord server with your Tebex order details and a clear description of the problem. Our team will help as soon as possible—please allow time for replies across time zones.

I'm experiencing compatibility issues with another creator's MLO or map, what can I do?

Check the Docs page first for known compatibility notes and setup guidance. If the other creator's MLO or map is not listed, open a ticket on Discord with both resource names and details—we will add the compatibility entry free of charge.

Do WXMAPS scripts work with QBCore, ESX, and Qbox?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our scripts are framework-agnostic and auto-detect Qbox, QBCore, and ESX (with a standalone test mode too). The framework is used only for money and character identity—it never overrides your jobs or inventory. You can also force a specific framework in the config if detection ever misfires.

Which target and inventory systems are supported?

Both major options for each, auto-detected: ox_target or qb-target/qtarget for interactions, and ox_inventory or qb-inventory for items and stashes. ox_inventory is the turnkey option; on qb-inventory everything works except two ox-only extras that degrade gracefully. Does the Laundromat Heist need the Go & Wash Laundromat map?

Yes. The heist's locations live in the Go & Wash Laundromat MLO, so you need both—that's why they're offered together as a bundle. The script reads its locations from the map resource named in its config.

How many players does the Laundromat Heist need?

Accepted Answer

It's a co-op heist with a synchronized crew objective board, and the crew size is configurable—set 1 for solo testing and up to 4 (or your chosen number) for production. The crew size is both the requirement to start and the cap on who joins at prep.

Can I edit a script's configuration?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The main config file is left open for editing (via escrow_ignore), so you can tune timings, rewards, item names, difficulty, blips, the police job, and more. Every gameplay and economy knob is documented on the Docs page.

What is included in All Maps Subscription?

All Maps gives you access to every current WXMAPS map and interior, plus future map and interior releases while your subscription is active. It does not include clothing, scripts, or vehicles.

What is included in All Access Subscription?

Accepted Answer

All Access includes everything in All Maps, plus WXMAPS clothing, scripts, and vehicles. It is the full-catalogue plan for servers that want the complete WXMAPS library under one subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel from your Tebex account at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Question 17

How do updates work?

Accepted Answer

Updates are delivered through your Tebex library. When a product included in your plan is updated, the latest version becomes available without a new purchase.

Question 18

Can I upgrade if I'm already subscribed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade to a longer term or switch from All Maps to All Access—you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period. Check out with the same FiveM account as your active subscription.
