Install steps for LUXXX Club will be published here. In the meantime, start with the General Installation Guide.
Do not rename the resource folder. WXMAPS encrypted assets are license-bound to the original folder name you download from the Cfx.re portal.
Requirements
wxmaps_commons must be running before any WXMAPS map. It holds the shared common files every WXMAPS map depends on, so start it first. You only need one copy no matter how many WXMAPS maps you run.

Add both to your server.cfg, with wxmaps_commons first:
ensure wxmaps_commons
ensure wxmaps_nightclub
